Dr. Frank Fotis Antikidis BS, DC<\/h2><\/div>

Dr. Fotis Antikidis or \u201cFrank\u201d as he is called by many of his patients, brings over two decades of expertise to his office, originally from Piraeus and Chicago, USA. He graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences, Chicago USA, and honed his skills at the Chicago General Health Center during his graduation.<\/p>\n

Committed to excellence, Dr. Fotis has collaborated with leading physicians and athletes in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology and radiology. He has expanded his knowledge through postgraduate studies in sports injuries and advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including Functional Neurology from the renowned Carrick Institute of Neurology, USA.<\/p>\n

In 2003, Dr. Fotis Antikidis founded Elixir Wellness Center with Dr. Monica Talebnia, creating a center for patients of all ages seeking relief from musculoskeletal pain. Their mission was clear: to restore patients to optimal health quickly and effectively, using cutting-edge orthopedic and chiropractic techniques.<\/p>\n

Specializing in the treatment of disc disease and sciatica, Dr. Fotis Antikidis uses the special Chiropractic treatment of flexion\/distraction and decompression of the spine, also known as the Cox Flexion\/Distraction technique, incorporating the latest technologies for maximum effectiveness. Certified in sports injuries, he creates personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each athlete, based on his experience as a Chiropractor of various sports bodies.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Dr. Monica Talebnia is a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist with a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master\u2019s in Biology. As a therapist with numerous functional medicine certifications, she has performed over 15,000 healing sessions on individuals and families in the U.S., Cyprus, and now Greece\u2014combining physical expertise with mental clarity.<\/p>\n

Her clinical expertise includes a wide range of chiropractic and acupuncture techniques. She utilizes Flexion Distraction, Diversified, Mechanical Spinal Adjustment, Drop-Table, and Spinal Decompression techniques to restore spinal integrity, reduce pain, and improve function. Her approach to acupuncture is based on both Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements system, helping to regulate energy flow, balance organs, and support emotional harmony.<\/p>\n
