Note: All patients using birth control pills of any type should use a backup method during the Dr. Monica® Weight Loss Program. Consult your doctor or other healthcare professional before starting the Dr. Monica® Weight Loss Program if you have a medical condition or are taking medications.
Note: All medical foods contain significant levels of metals which can be a problem for people with kidney disease or for medications such as antihypertensives, where an increase in metals can be a problem.
The following describes the terms on which Chiropractic Piraeus. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement, do not use or access our website, goods and/or services. You must read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement («Agreement»), which includes those terms and conditions expressly set forth below and those incorporated by reference, before you can purchase or use Dr. Monica® at www.bodywerks.com.cy
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. This Agreement is entered into by the customer (hereinafter referred to as «Customer» or «You») and Chiropractic Piraeus, a Greek Company (hereinafter referred to as «Dr. Monica®», «We» or «Us»). We may modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice, by posting the modified terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms for any changes. This Agreement may not be otherwise modified except by a written agreement signed by you and Chiropractic Piraeus and Dr. Monica®. This Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2025.
Part 1: Health Disclaimer
It is your right to educate yourself on health and medical knowledge, to seek out useful information, and to use it for your own benefit and that of your family. You are responsible for your health. In order to make decisions on all health matters, you must educate yourself. The opinions and nutritional advice expressed by Chiropractic Piraeus. We do not claim to «cure» disease, but simply help you make physical and mental changes in your body to help your body heal itself. Part 2: Using Eligibility
Our goods and/or services are only available to individuals who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

The Customer agrees to indemnify Chiropractic Piraeus. Ex. promotions, distributors, etc.
Part 4: Limitation of liability
In no event shall we, our affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers or manufacturers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with our website, our products or services or this agreement (WHETHER ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE), including, without limitation, lost profits, lost use or other economic losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or any failure to realize any specific health-related benefit or result. This limitation of liability of Chiropractic Piraeus. Our liability, and the liability of our affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers and manufacturers, to you or any third party, in any circumstance, is limited to the greater of (a) the purchase price or (b) one hundred (100) euros. Customer acknowledges that this limitation of liability is part of the consideration of this agreement and was specifically included by Chiropractic Piraeus limitation, would be much higher. No action, regardless of form, arising out of the use of this website, any information contained herein and/or any products of Chiropractic Piraeus and Dr. Monica® shall accrue more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to the cause of action.
Part 5: Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by you or your agent due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party. CUSTOMER SHALL ALSO INDEMNIFY AND PAY Piraeus Chiropractic AND DR. MONICA®, HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, ATTORNEY FEES OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES WHATSOEVER CHIROPRACTIC OF Piraeus AND DR. MONICA® MAY AT ANY TIME MAINTAIN, HAVE OR ALLEGE A REASON, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE CURRENT WEBSITES, INCLUDING CONTENT ITEMS CHIROPRACTIC OF Piraeus AND DR. MONICA® SOLE OR COMPARATIVE NEGLIGENCE.
Part 6: Legal compliance
You will comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations relating to your use of our website, goods and/or services.
Part 7: Notifications
Unless otherwise expressly stated, any notices shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Chiropractic of Piraeus and Dr. Monica® c/o Dr. (in the case of Chiropractic of Piraeus and Dr. Monica®) or to the address you provide to Chiropractic of Piraeus. Notice shall be deemed given three (120) days after the date of mailing.
Part 8: Arbitration
Any legal dispute or legal claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our goods and/or services, except for legal actions taken by Chiropractic Piraeus or to obtain an injunction regarding the operations and intellectual property of the Chiropractic Piraeus website. Any such dispute or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or dispute of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Piraeus and the decision on the arbitration award may be issued in any court having jurisdiction. Chiropractic Piraeus pending the completion of the arbitration. If either party brings an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to one thousand (1,000.00) euros. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, the United Nations Convention on the Enforcement of Commercial Arbitration Awards, and all other applicable laws and conventions apply to this agreement.
Part 7: Miscellaneous
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. This written agreement supersedes any and all oral negotiations and/or representations of the parties herein with respect to this transaction. This Agreement does not grant or create any rights or obligations not expressly set forth herein.
This Agreement is subject to and governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
Any waiver or tolerance by Piraeus Chiropractic.
This Agreement is binding on the parties and their executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof. Such provision and the remainder of this Agreement, in such cases, shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the remaining provisions enforceable.

Part 11: Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping costs are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you selected, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded to the next whole pound. In rare cases, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.
Part 12: Privacy and Security
Chiropractic Piraeus and Dr. Monica® is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways other than those disclosed in this statement. Our websites are designed with many precautions to protect user information. Customer information is appropriately protected both internally and online. Sensitive information (such as credit card account number) is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption. While on a secure page, such as an order form, the lock icon at the bottom of a web page is locked, rather than opening (or unlocking) as when the user is simply «surfing» the web. In addition, access to user information is limited within our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job have access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept informed of our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are maintained in a secure environment.
Part 13: Returns & Refunds
Return and Refund Policy (updated January 1, 2025). Any unopened product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your product's arrival. The unopened item must be in the original container (packaging) and bear the original factory seal. Opened, unsealed (including broken seal) and used items cannot be returned. All unopened products will be refunded minus 15% restocking fee. Any sales tax paid will be refunded in full. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and scanned by the carrier. Unfortunately, there is no refund for the original shipping costs. For any sales sponsored by Chiropractic Piraeus. If you purchase any product from a third-party retailer, professional, or website, the refund policy of that retailer, professional, or website will apply.
How to request a refund
We offer a 100% money back guarantee for up to 30 days for any unopened and sealed product purchased from us (shipping costs are not refundable). All you have to do is simply call our customer service department at +30 210 410 2880 and request an RMA. Please note this RMA number on the product packaging and also inside the packaging you send back the entire product or products to us at:
